Cottage

Molly's Chase has two traditional solid log cabins on over 50 acres of hilly bushland. The cabins are wel appointed with kitchen facilities, double spa bath, log combustion heater,and r/c air conditioning. We are near the Riesling Trail and the Spring Gully Conservation Park. There are several excellent wineries within walking/hiking distance and over 30 within a short drive.
According to our guest book, it is the ideal place to relax, recharge the batteries, enjoy a romantic time, catch up with friends, enjoy solitude, or as a touring base!

Locality

Coming from Adelaide, turn left at the Sevenhill Hotel and follow the Molly's Chase signposts.
The Clare Valley is a peaceful area, best known for its wine and with a number of heritage features including historic Mintaro, Martindale Hall and the Sevenhill Church. The valley can be accessed by cycle along the Riesling Trail, 30 km of old rail track.

Property

Molly's Chase is a very hilly block generally covered in light woodland. A walk around the fence includes some stiff climbs along the kangaroo tracks. The cabins are not overlooked and offer delightful views from the verandahs.

Heritage Trail

The Riesling Trail is about 2 km from the property, ideal for cycling. We can arrange cycle hire with delivery to the cabins.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Food and water bowls provided.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, note there is wildlife running around and we wish to encourage that. Chasing the kangaroos is discouraged! Dogs can come in the cabins, though not the bedrooms. The property is fully fenced around the 50 acres of bush, the block is hilly, providing great walks. The laundry area is suitable for sleeping. Small dog bowls are provided. Please supply your own dog bedding. Pet owners are responsible for damage to the cabins, fittings and furnishings.
