"Summer Breeze" is ideal for the larger group and great for TWO FAMILIES or COUPLES as each have there own private living area's - should they choose to do so..(both levels are fully self contained)

LOWER LEVEL : Downstairs gives you the opportunity to comfortably sleep 6 people. With 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, 2 Singles), an open plan lounge, dining and small kitchen, 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite), 2 toilets, laundry, the comfort of reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. SEA VIEWS are seen from the master bedroom and living area's.

UPPER LEVEL : Upstairs comfortably sleeps 4 people. Offering 2 more bedrooms (Queen,2 singles) a larger and more impressive stone top kitchen (with dishwasher), 2large open plan living area's that captures elevated SEA VIEWS along the coast to SILVER SANDS. Big double sliding doors leads onto the 21sqm. tiled balcony ( an ideal area for relaxing and capturing the views), ducted reverse cycle airconditioning and a separate 3rd toilet and 3rd bathroom.

*Single beds can be pushed together to create double beds*

With "Summer Breeze" you get the chance to share a holiday with family and friends and still retain your own private space (if you wish) and more importantly it also allows you the opportunity to RELAX with a wine and take in the SEA VIEWS or easily stroll to the beach with a toddler in hand.- Its your holiday and you choose!

Locality

Location; Approximately 60km from Adelaide (50 mins. with the express way)SELLICKS BEACH/ SILVER SANDS BEACH have the added bonus of not only a picturesque setting but you can drive your car on the beach.The convenience of just packing and unpacking your car boot makes a day at the beach more enjoyable.The Mclaren Vale wineries,the Willunga markets and the award wining Victory Hotel are definitely worth exploring.

Sellicks Beach is the last metropolitan beach heading down south and even though you feel you're "away from it all" you have the added protection of the coastal patrol plane patrolling the beach during summer. This is only performed on metropolitan beaches.
