A LIGHT AND AIRY VILLA IN A PEACEFUL LOCATION.
SIT BACK AND ENJOY THE VIEWS.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine producing area, surrounded by the magnificent variety of beaches.
You will overlook spacious farm land, through to the wetlands, with the ocean beyond.
All complete with a back drop of the wonderful Willunga Hills.
We have R/C Airconditioning.
The open plan living is light and easy.
There are 3 bedrooms.
Two have Queen size beds (the master bedroom over looks the view ), plus 3 single beds in the third bedroom.
The large walk-in wardrobe adjoining the master bedroom is large enough for a cot if required.
The bathroom is large, fully tiled and complete with a two man spa, and separate shower.
There are two toilets for your convenience.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipted with dishwasher, microwave etc.
The dining area has an extension table that seats 6-8.
If you need a high chair it will be there for you.
We have a large back lawn for the children and adults to play.
We have decking overlooking the
views on two sides of the home.
The new northern entertaining deck is large and enjoys rural and ocean views,back dropped by the native garden and the Willunga hills.
You can swim and or fish on the Drive-on beach.There are fenced saftey sections of the beach for families.
Enjoy walking through the Aldinga scrub, bird watching, playing golf or tennis.There are free tennis courts close by.
You are in the heart of the wonderful Maclaren Vale wine producing area with a variety of restaurants to choose from.
Perhaps you may like to just pop over to the Willunga Organic market on a Saturday morning, or maybe just relax up at the historic Victory Hotel and enjoy their wonderful fare and
panoramic view.
Rapid Bay is a beautiful 25 minutes away. Why not visit Kangaroo Island for the day. You can either walk or drive on to the ferry.
Victor Harbor is a very pretty 20 minute drive.
A fantastic place for a long weekend getaway. Didnt want to leave.
The house is beautifully set up with everything you need.
You wake up to a beautiful view,and the beach is just a short walk away.

AldingaThe Aldinga airport is close by. Light aircrafts fly in regularly and there are joy rides available..
We are 1 hour from Adelaide by car, and 20 minutes drive to Victor Harbor.
Sellicks and Aldinga beaches are DRIVE-ON beaches.There are sectioned off safe childrens areas.
The sand is white, and the water is warm.. It is the most wonderful long stretch of coastline.

All the beds are new and so comfortable.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and over looks the view.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The third bedroom has 3 single beds.
We supply covered dunas on all beds plus pillows.There are electric blankets fitted to all beds,and each bed has an extra blanket.
Please bring your own sheets and pillow cases, towels, including beach towels, hand towels and tea towels.
If you want linen /towels supplied, we
charge $25 per bed.

There is an additional charge for linen hire which is $25 per bed.
All beds are new and provided with pillows and covered dunas and electric blankets,plus a spare blanket on each bed.
We enjoy the luxury of reverse cycle air conditioning...but
our northern windows catch the winter sun and keep you warm inside..natually.
