Holiday house

The upstairs offers spectacular views and is one of the few properties with an ocean view from the front balcony. There is also a large decked area at the top of the stairs where you can sit out and enjoy the morning sun.

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and built in robe, the other with 2 single beds and built in robes.
The Lounge area has beautiful ocean views as well as plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy combustion heater, perfect for winter days and nights, a dvd player and plasma tv and stereo. There is also a heating and cooling system upstairs.

A well equipped kitchen and full bathroom as well as dining for 8 on the large jarrah table round out the upstairs.

The downstairs includes a bedroom with a double bed and lots of privacy. There is a full bathroom as well as a kitchen, dining area and lounge room.

The downstairs area also includes a playstation, a foosball soccer table and games for the kids. The laundry facilities are also located downstairs.

The additional sleeping area is the garden cottage which boasts a queen sized bed, and 2 single beds, a small tele with vcr and children's movies, an evaporative cooling system and sink with coffee & tea facilities. It opens onto the backyard which is fully enclosed.

A brand new BBQ is also available with guests responsible for filing the gas bottle on an honour system.

The beach is less than 2 mins away by foot, and a playground is located at the end of the street.

The property is steps away from the beach, with a fishing jetty where you are able to fish for squid, tommies, whiting and the like. The General Store, located at the beach has fishing and tackle gear available for purchase. There is a boat ramp 5k from the property in the Wirrina marina

Scuba diving

We have several dive groups that stay at the property each year as the diving in the area of Second Valley is extremely interesting, the water is very clear and the leafy sea dragon is in abundance.

We have had celebrations held, including wedding receptions held at the property. There are several churches in the neighboring towns as well as local celebrants available. The property can accommodate 10 guests.
