Sails offers three levels with a large open plan living area, new designer kitchen, cathedral ceilings and a number of large entertaining decks. 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, 1 with spa bath. Third level offers 4th bedroom, bathroom, study and media rumpus room opening on to expansive decks and a second entertaining area.

Polished floorboards and bi-fold windows throughout open the whole house to expansive wooden decks for outdoor entertaining and to take in the natural beauty of this lovely location. A tropical hideaway located 10 minutes drive from Manly cafes, beaches and restaurants and 30 minutes from the CBD with shops, restaurants, bakery and buses nearby.

Ideally suited to executives seeking a break from the city and family's wanting to holiday by the water. BBQ, fridge, hammock, dishwasher, swimming activities, fishing, kayaks and a rowing boat are available at the waterfront boatshed.

Sails provides a tranquil retreat from the city in lovely resort style accomodation. Once there you feel a million miles away but are just 5 minutes from shops and restaurants (should you ever want to leave the house!). Manly Beach is a short drive and CBD 30 mins.
