Holiday house

This beautifully appointed house will make you feel like your home.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The fully appointed modern kitchen overlooks the decked oudoor entertaining area and dining area, with split system airconditioner. The modern european style laundry has a front loader washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Beach towels and linen are supplied.The lounge room has a large screen TV, Foxtel, wii, gas fire, split system airconditioner.
Wireless internet is also available.
Parking for three or more cars and boat. The undercover entertaining area overlooks Kananook creek, with safety fence for children.

Locality

Seaford beach is only a 2 minute walk, with a choice of walks along the beach or bush walking track to cafes, restaurants, shops, atm, supermarket, newsagent and train station. The freeway is 5 minutes away taking you in all directions, to the city, dandenong ranges, peninsula, local wineries, cinema.

Three bedroom house, private yard,on a quite no through road. From the outdoor entertaining while cooking on the BBQ, you can overlook Kananook Creek and watch the boats go by or feed the ducks. There is a porta cot, highchair, books, games, dvds, colouring books available. Flippers and boogie boards are available
