This 2 bedroom luxury apartment occupies the lower floor of a three story house. It is directly across the road from the picturesque sandy shores of Seaford Beach, and just a brief walk to shops, Seaford Pier and Cafe. The Train Station and Bus Depot are also within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment comprises a kitchenette with fridge, deluxe microwave oven and hotplate. Two tastefully decorated bedrooms each with queen beds, built in wardrobes and wall heaters. There is a lounge with piano, leather lounge suite, TV with 120 channels of Foxtel, DVD, Stereo, wall heater, and dining table and chairs. The bathroom includes toilet, basin, bath and separate shower. The apartment has an adjoining laundry with washing machine/dryer. Guests also have the use of the outdoor spa and undercover entertaining area with outdoor wood fire and a large BBQ. The apartment has a wireless internet connection. Guests may also use the driveway and carport for off street parking. The friendly owners are also on hand to help in any way they can.

Locality

Seaford beach is across the road. This is excellent for swimming and all beach activities. The Seaford pier is across the road, which is very picturesque. There is a cafe and Surf Life Saving Club beside this pier. Seaford shops are a minute walk. There are restaurants, take away food, grocery shops, as well as newsagency and gift shops. The train station is at the shops and is part of the Melbourne suburban train line.

Local Attractions

Aside from the beach, there are local wineries and cinemas just a short drive or a brief train trip away. Water sports such as water skiing and jet skiing can be booked. Also fishing trips can be arranged from the local area.
