Holiday house

Seabird is a friendly, relaxing beachside township.

Perfect for that holiday with family and friends.

Enjoy the views & magnificent sunsets from both levels of this self-contained home.

The home has been set up for families - with 2 sets of parents able to sleep downstairs and the kids upstairs and family rooms on both levels.

A Large shed has been converted to a games room.

•Kitchen and Meals area. We provide 2 family sized fridge/freezers and a bar fridge upstairs.

Sleeping up to 14 people. The home is self contained and has family living areas upstairs & on the ground floor. A fully fenced back yard and a very large games shed with pool table, table tennis, darts, Mini hi-fi, TV, Video, drinks fridge and a selection of games and sporting equipment. Parents can feel safe relaxing on the balcony while watching their children in the playground across the road.

Within a 5 min stroll to the beach and a 15 min drive to Moore River, Seabird is an ideal holiday spot for those wishing to enjoy some canoeing or kayaking while on holidays. We have a lockable gate for trailers or the games shed for secure storage.

We provide portacot, high chair, change table and stair gates & night lights.
We have a games shed with some well loved sports equipment and table tennis, pool table, TV, Video and darts. The yard has a great concreted area for bike riding or ball games and the home overlooks 2 playgrounds, an oval, tennis courts and cricket nets.

Beach fishing is very popular in Seabird. An easy 5 min walk to throw a line in and with miles upon miles of coastline fishing is one of the most popular reasons for staying in Seabird.

With 3 golf courses in the nearby towns of Guilderton, Ledge Point and Lancelin, Seabird is situated well for those interested in adding a golf game (or two) onto their beach holiday.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

The home is fully fenced. We proved 2 kennels as well as some inside bedding in the games shed.
Food/water bowls and a brush. Seabird is a great place to enjoy a beach holiday with your pet.
There are great beach & bush walks and apart from 2 small areas, dogs are allowed on the town beach.

Windsurfing/Kitesailing

Popular windsurfing and/or kitesailing spots nearby, Windsurfing/kitesailing storage available onsite.

A 5 min stroll to the beach and with Lancelin (famous windsurfing spot) only a 20 min drive away, Seabird is a great place to stay for both windsurfing & kitesailing. We have secure parking for a trailer and also a games shed for storage.
