Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment, Spa

Villa 1, is the first floor single bedroom fully self-contained apartment. It is extremely spacious (approx 200sq mtrs).

The bedroom is very large, 6m x 5m, opening to a large verandah to the east, and with a 4m long walk-in-wardrobe.

The bathroom opening off the bedroom, has a full size double spa bath, double vanity, double shower & separate toilet. A private verandah can be accessed directly from the bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ultra modern appliances including double oven, touch pad hot plates, inverter microwave, dishwasher & two door fridge with cold water/ice making facility, complemented with granite bench tops & glass splash backs.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms have uninterrupted spectacular beach, ocean & headland views.

The villa has direct access to the headland reserve which extends for kilometres to the south, and gives easy access to the beach below.

Villa 1 has full audio visual, with plasma screen TV, and surround sound able to play DVD's, DVD-R's, CD's, CD-R's & MP3 discs. Pay TV is provided.

All furniture is new, including a leather lounge suite and timber dining setting.

Underfloor heating is provided in the bathroom & kitchen for winter, & there is a heated towel rail & hot & cold external shower for added convenience.

'Writing to let you know just what a great holiday we had in the best villa in Australia. It was just amazing, full moon, perfect weather, a few whales and way too much food and wine.'

Locality

Scotts Head, is a small beachside village, nestled in a very picturesque part of the NSW coastline, midway betweens Coffs Harbour and Kempsey.
It has an idyllic climate, from summers tempered by cooling nor'easters, & water temperatures in low/mid 20's C. Winters are very mild, and everything in between is absolute bliss.

The beaches are excellent for surfing and fishing. There is access to Warrell Creek, for still water fishing/kyaking.

Scotts Head is well serviced by a general store, take-away, bottle shop, butchery, bakery, surf shop, newsagent and post office. Scotts Head is exactly mid-way between Sydney and Brisbane, and is a beautiful and secluded destination worthy of discovering.

Property

Oceanscape Luxury Beachfront Villas are located above their 'own' small beach-Wakki Beach. There are only two villas, each built to take maximum advantage of the stunning views and idyllic location. No dwellings can ever be built on the headland reserve to the east or south and currently there are no direct neighbours.
Oceanscape will provide you with the ultimate secluded location, allowing you to totally relax and enjoy the spaciousness, luxury inclusions and unsurpassed location.
