Holiday apartment, Guest house, Self-contained apartment

Accommodation is a 2 PERSON UNIT only a 2 minutes drive from SAWTELL's Restaurants, Main Beaches & Lagoons.

This unique unit contains it's very own PRIVATE SOLAR HEATED INDOOR POOL down stairs. Upstairs the unit is fully self contained with Kitchenette. Some cooking facitlities, such as hot plate, convection microwave, a small bench top oven, crockery, cutlery, pots, frying pan and toaster provided.
There is also a two Person Leather Recliner, Large Screen T.V, DVD Player, Queen Size Bed, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner & Ceiling Fan, No telephone. The bathroom is very modern and with a Two Person Shower.
The accommodation doesn't offer daily room service. It is situated in a quiet residential area and set up like a B&B except without the meals. You have your own private entry and exit, and the full use of the pool exclusively. This still allows it to be your own private getaway.
Located in a quiet Cul-De-Sac Adjacent to "BONGIL BONGIL NATIONAL PARK."

Locality

Minutes from Sawtell restaurants, heritage listed cinema and Clubs. Clubs include Golf, Tennis, Bowling and RSL. A short drive to Coffs Harbour provides excellent shopping, more clubs, 5 cinemas and Beaches.

Property

Due to the stair case access and internal stairs this accopmmodation may not be suited to elderly people. This unit is quite large at 42 square meters up stairs and 42 square meters down stairs, including the pool. Larger then most motel and hotel accommodation.
