Just a flat 150m stroll to the patrolled Sawtell Beach, or a flat 300m meander into Sawtell village where you can enjoy the north coast's best-kept secret. Fine dining, boutique shopping, cinema, RSL and bowling club all await.

Next door is a massive children's play ground, BBQ and play area. There's even a secure storage area for bikes and boards, and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you get back from the beach.

Whether it's doing nothing, whale watching, walking the beach, exploring World Heritage listed forests in Dorrigo, or getting sporty and extreme, the Coffs coast has it all.

We've even included a library of DVDs and board games for great holiday entertainment.
