"We really enjoyed staying at Hugo's B&B. It was very homely and plenty of space with a beautiful view of the Harbour. I would not hesitate to recommend this as one of the best places to stay while visiting Hobart."

"One of Hobart's little secrets...
Great B&B, comfortable, modern & cosy. A great place to start all your excursions in & around Hobart.
Very friendly hosts with an eye for detail.
What a great place to return to after our trips & what an amazing view to come 'home' to ...
Thank you to Dora & Danie for making our stay so memorable. We hope very much to return in the future."

"What an excellent place to base yourself for a visit to Hobart! You couldn't ask for more or for better value for money. As others have stated "what a view"! Dora & Danie are very hospitable and provided lots of little luxuries which made our short stay most enjoyable. Austar TV is also on hand if you can't drag yourself out into Hobart's many attractions. Top notch accommodation and can thoroughly recommend. N.B. Very steep steps down to the unit."

"Hugo's is a relaxing, private retreat, with spectacular views of the harbour. It's quite high up, so recommend a car to get up the hill. It was very clean, with a comfortable bedroom and living area. Spacious and modern. We would go back there next time we visit Hobart"

"Our stay at Hugo’s B& B was one that we will remember for a long time because of what it offered in comfort and style all our cares were taken care of with the minimum of fuss and in particular the spectacular 180 degree views of the Derwent river. If we ever go back to Hobart we will certainly return to Hugo's."

"The accommodation was excellent and the hosts were extremely obliging. We were very pleased that we could access cable TV because we follow the Waratahs Rugby Union side which our son played for until his retirement due to injury."

"Convenient, clean and nicely positioned. Parking was on the road, but since it was a 'no through' road this was no problem."
