Located directly behind and overlooking the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania. Close to all conveniences and within walking distance of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, museums, cafes and much much more!
The apartment has a full kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, microwave, cutlery and crockery plus cooking utensils. The bathroom features a shower over bath configuration, and there is also a washing machine & drier plus ironing facilities.
