Crewe Cottage is the original SANDGATE COTTAGE. This unique late 1800's Queenslander cottage is ideally positioned within a short walking distance to Sandgate township, the beachfront and all public transport.

The Cottage offers you all that you need to enjoy our beautiful Queensland lifestyle:
A shady verandah where you can just chill out, sit back and watch the world go by.
A fantastic outdoor living area complete with BBQ where you can share good times, good food and good wine with friends and family.
The home has three bedrooms, which accommodate up to five people.
The lovely cottage garden is fully fenced and provides a safe play area for all little ones.
The large dine in kitchen will not disappoint and the the lounge is equipped for all your electronic needs:
Flat Screen TV, CD Player with I-Pod Dock, VCR and Internet Connection.
The house has a brand new bathroom featuring a large walk in shower and pedestal basin.
The fully equipped laundry and second toilet is located at the rear of the house for easy access from the outdoor living area.

The beautiful Sunshine Coast and the fun theme parks of the Gold Coast are within an hours commute on the highway and a visit to feed the dolphins at Moreton Island is no more than a ferry trip across the bay. A perfect location for all!
