The complex comprises our home with rooms available for traditional Bed and Breakfast plus three energy efficient, purpose built self contained apartments with private entrances. The apartments are interconnected to allow multiple renting for family and friends.

Building construction utilises Western Australian limestone blocks and mini orb. Floors are polished concrete with large windows to enhance the water views and northern sun. The architect and builder have been asked to submit the project for design and building awards.

The design is environmentally friendly with full insulation, underground water storage, grey water recycling, heat pump and recirculating hot water pump.

The natural surroundings are a real hit with visitors. With kangaroos literally on the front lawn, abundant bird life, resident black swans and pelicans on the waterfront plus nightly visits from bush tailed possums ensure stories to take home.

Just an hour south of Kiama, 180 km from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra we can negotiate to pick you up from Nowra (Bomaderry) Railway station.
