Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master bedroom is huge with 2 Queen size beds leading onto large balcony with tranquil water views which stretch to the Tambourine Mountain hinterland. Spacious ensuite/spa bath and large Walk In Robe.

The house comes with quality linen, bedspreads and curtains

All bedrooms (3 in all) are generous in size. Self contained with ensuites and a feeling of absolute privacy. The Master is located on the first floor as is the second bedroom which has two (2) double beds. The 3rd.bedroom on the ground floor comprises a queen size bed with walk-in robe and ensuite – your own private wing.

There are four superb bathrooms which are fully tiled with loads of cupboard space, together with large vanities and mirrors. Bidet also available.

Lounge and Dining

A spacious Lounge/Dining area opening to a very generous outdoor entertaining area. Absolute waterfront with jetty and floating pontoon, ideal for al fresco dining overlooks natural bushland reserve, this part of the waterfront is tranquil and picturesque.

Sanctuary Cove is situated where the Gold Coast's picturesque Coomera River flows into the Broadwater, 65 kilometres (40 miles) south of Brisbane and 40 kilometres (25 miles) north of the Gold Coast's Coolangatta Airport.

Within minutes of Sanctuary Cove are Warner Bros Movie World, Dreamworld, Sea World and the Wet 'n' Wild water park. The Gold Coast's beach capital, Surfers Paradise, is just 20 minutes to the south.

The Marine Village is a short buggy ride from the house, with speciality shops offering fine wines, gifts and antiques together with boutiques selling designer labels, restaurants, art galleries and a theatre.

The green hinterland of the Gold Coast is easily accessible from Sanctuary Cove where visitors can explore a world of lush rainforests and national parks with towering waterfalls and clear mountain streams. A 30-minute drive from the Gold Coast, Mount Tamborine has its own award-winning winery and is an ideal location for spectacular views towards the Pacific Ocean. Lamington National Park is a World Heritage listed national park where visitors can enjoy four-wheel drive day tours.
