All 15 villas are inside the gated, secure Resort community, are within 5 minutes of all facilities in your private golf cart supplied with every villa AND ARE A 10 MINUTE DRIVE FROM 4 THEME PARKS.

All are fully self-contained, airconditioned and waterfronts have their own wharves and most have private pools. Most have foxtel.

This is the place for you if you like to just relax or you want to get busy golfing, fishing , boating, tennis, lawn bowling, pamper yourself with aromatherapy, massage or having family fun visiting the 4 Theme Parks within 6 minutes of the Resort.

The Resort is 55 minutes from Brisbane, 40 minutes from Coolangatta airport,6 minutes from 4 Theme Parks( Movieworld, Dreamworld, Waterworld, Outback Australia), 25 minutes from Mt Tamborine with its art galleries, rainforest walks and spectacular views , 25 minutes from Surfer's Paradise and 20 minutes from Harbourtown and discount shopping.

We have 25 villas ranging in size from 2,3 and 4 AND 5 bedroom golf, river and harbourfronts. For 2 bedroom villas low season rates from $295 per night for 4 guests, weekly from $1750; high season from $380 per night, weekly $2350.
Low season-3 bedroom harbourfronts from $365 per night; high season-$475 per night. 4 bed Harbourfronts-low season from $450 per night; high season from $560 per night.5 BEDROOOM FROM $550 LOW SEASON TO $670 PER NIGHT HIGH SEASON. Discount for weekly bookings and boat cruises included with some 5 Star villas
