Holiday house

The house is very secure and the local beach was rated as one of the safest in victoria. The house is located in the safety beach country club and the facilities available are; golf course, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool and Atrium restaurant.
The house has three bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hotplates, wall oven and griller, 2 bathrooms including ensuite off the main bedroom, 2 living areas and a dining room.( air conditioning and central heating for Melbourne's weather ) Outside are beautifully manicured gardens with winding paths and an outdoor 6 person spa that is enclosed. There is also a bbq and outdoor setting
You will not be disappointed with this beautifully presented home-certainly not your average beach house.

Locality

Safety Beach is located on the mornington peninsula. This area has many wineries to visit such as the Dromana estate or Red Hill Winery. The local shopping centre is in Dromana which is only 10 kilometers from the house. There are numerous restaurants along point nepean road near the shopping centre. The dromana drive ins are around the corner and Rosebud also has cinemas. there are some fantastic golf couses in the area such as The Dunes Golf Course, Cape Shank Golf course, Moonah Links, Rosebud public golf Course and also the local one around the corner Safety Beach Golf Course.
The Peninsula hot Springs located in Rye have many pampering packages and different mineral springs to choose from.
There are many Markets on especially over summer such as the Red Hill Market.
The beaches are very safe for children at Safety Beach and also Mc Crae beach located next to the lighthouse on Point Nepean Road. For the children there is also Top Fun mini Golf on Point nepean Road and Ten Pin Bowling and roller blading. There are mazes for children to exlore such as the Ashcombe maze, Australia's oldest hedge maze.
There are fishing charters snorkelling and scuba diving dolphin watching and most water sports available.
There are numerous walking tracks to explore and a visit to the Information centre in Dromana on Point nepean rd will provide you with maps. The Arthurs seat area has some great walking tracks with spectacular views over the Bay. Sorrento Back beach has some fantastic rock pools at low tide to explore. You can also access the Bellarine Peninsula from the Sorrento - Queenscliff ferry which runs daily.
