Downstairs there is a wide entrance hallway with internal access to the lock up garage, and a bedroom perfect for 3 children comprising of bunk beds and a trundle. Opposite is a bathroom with separate toilet plus a fully equipped laundry.

Down the hallway is the tastefully decorated open plan dining area and the gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry. Maximising the water views, the huge living area features bi-fold doors that open up completely to an alfresco dining area fronting the marina. Adjacent is the deep, heated plunge pool secured by glass surrounds.

Upstairs, the cathedral ceiling opens up the space and welcomes guests to the large king size master bedroom and private balcony with seated outdoor furnishing. Enjoy the views and sunset while reading or taking in life on the marina. The large walk in robe and master ensuite with spa bath are a highlight.

Locality

Martha Cove is a truly unique marina development in the Mornington Peninsula. A tunnel was built to carry the main road under the entrance canal, allowing a full three metre deep channel access. This means the largest of yachts and cruisers can safely navigate their way.
The marina has become a fantastic habitat for sea creatures. Literally hundreds of fish of many varieties crowd around the boats. We've seen dolphins pop up just in front of us to see what all the fuss is about.
If you want to experience life at a luxury marina without heading to the tropics, head just a little south to Martha Cove.

Blue Water Villa is located in Martha Cove Marina, with private access boardwalk directly to Safety Beach. The beach features clear flat water swimming, the local yacht club, Coast Guard and playground facilities. A running/walking track follows the beach all the way up towards Dromana, Macrae and beyond.

Close to Public Transport

Public transport within 5 minute walk, Bus service.

A local bus services the entire Peninsula all the way up to Melbourne if necessary. The bus stop is around one corner. Easy.

Fishing

Martha Cove is situated near some of the best fishing spots in Port Phillip Bay. The mussel farm just off Safety beach is a haven for Whiting, and Snapper can be found out deep around the channel off Mount Martha. The much underrated Flatty is just about everywhere. If you have your GPS properly sorted, there are a host of good spots to be logged all around the southern parts of the Bay.
The marina has a launching ramp with full on-water fuel facilities, the Coast Guard is right on your door-step, and if you end up with an empty bag, there's a great fresh fish supply down the road that knows how to keep a secret.
