Open plan living area downstairs with 42 inch Plasma TV and DVD player, 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have Q/B plus 32 inch LCD TV/DVD player.

Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top) with spacial wardrobe space and magificant views towards Mt Martha.

The 4th bedroom is downstairs with double bed has a door for privacy. Additional mattresses are available should a larger group wish to attend.

Paved rear courtyard with outdoor setting and 4 burner gas BBQ with Wok burner. Basket ball ring for the kids.

Secure off street parking available for 2 cars. Extremely well stocked Convenience store/Cafe close by for breakfast or lunch, great coffee, groceries, newspapers etc. Boat ramp a few minutes away.

A glorious walk to Martha Cove offers the perfect evening stroll. A magical place to holiday. for security bond is required and linnen & towels if needed is a extra cost
