Holiday unit

3 bedroom unit includes enclosed outdoor entertainment area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Main bedroom with ensuite, also 2nd bathroom. Ducted gas heating. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, separate meals area, living room and laundry. Remote-controlled double lock up garage, with additional visitor parking on site. 300m approx. to safe swimming beach. Close to Sailing Club, Martha Cove, golf course, with easy access to shops and regional wineries.

$1,600 per week last week of December and school holidays in January, 7 day minimum Sun to Sat. Weekend bookings accepted ($300 for 2 nights, outside School Holidays.(per 2 adults)$20 extra for each additional person per night.
Weekly rates: February - $1400. Autumn - $1400 (neg.) Winter - $800. Spring - $1400 (neg.)
