This property is value for money. A cosy flat suitable for 2 people in a quiet location. It contains a comfortable double bed with an ensuite toilet and shower. The bedroom has a bookshlef with novels for your enjoyment plus a TV/DVD. There is a wardrobe bedside drawers and a comfortable lounge chair. A large wall heater is also in the bedroom. The kitchen has limited cooking facilites but the patio has a BBQ and outdoor setting in a protected area. There is a small oven and a laundry tub in a room on the patio. All linen is supplied. The kitchen has all utensils etc plus a kitchen sink,a fridge feezer and microwave. Great value for money.

Locality

This property is 1 kilometre from the pub, shops, transport, beach, pier, boat ramp, RSL, cafes, restaurants and 5 minutes drive to some of the best golf clubs in the world plus the surf beach. There are many first class wineries in the area plus the mineral springs is a 5 minute drive away.

Property

This property is the best value for money in the area. Situated in an extensive garden with many native plants, fruit trees, vegie garden and chooks. The bird life is abundant and the peace and quiet is wonderful.
