Leave your car in the driveway and stroll 150m to the pictuesque Tyrone beach. Or stroll into town to visit the restraunts, cafes and do a spot of shopping. This comfortable family home provides a relaxed setting for a family getaway and beach activities.The house comprises of 3 bedrooms and a large open plan living and kitchen area. This home is beutifully presented with polished floors, plasma tv (42"), Air cond,split sytem heating, gas BBQ plumbed into mains, back deck and single car garage with roller door. The back garden is fully enclosed with a deck, BBQ, kids play equitment, sandpit. House could easily accomodate 3 cars.

Locality

This house is located in a quiet steet and is only 150m to the beutiful Tyrone Beach. Or a short walk to shops and restraunts.

Comprises of 3br. Bedroom 1-Queen bed and BIR. Bedroom 2- Queen bed BIR. Bedroom 3 Single bunk beds and fold down futon. Lounge/Dining room plasma tv, gas heating, split system air-conditioner. Kitchen is electric oven and cooktop,rangehood, dishwasher, microwave,fridge,toaster, kettle,crockery and utensils. The Bathroom also contains European landry with washing machine in built in cuboard. Outside back garden is fully enclosed with a undercover back deck, plumbed in BBQ, sandpit and kids play equitment. There is a single car garage with a remote roller door and outside parking for another 2 cars. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES.
