'Your Organic Place' is a limestone roomy 1 bedroom home. The bedroom contains a queen size bed with an en-suite toilet and wash basin.The large bathroom contains a shower and deep spa bath for relaxation. There is a TV/DVD if you want to lay in bed watching a movie or a bookcase full of novels for your enjoyment. The loungeroom has a very comfortable sofa bed for the kids with a TV/DVD plus a leather lounge and a bookcase of informative books. The 'Limestone Room' is a second roomy bedroom situated off the patio also equipped with a TV/DVD and Queen size bed. The kitchen is a galley style with oven, stove top, cutlery, crockery and all cooking utensils. The dining area leads to an outdoor entertaining area which has a large table and bench seats plus a hammock. A BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is room for a boat to be stored in a large driveway. The fence is high, secure and private. We are situated 10 minutes walk to town, beach, cafes, pub, boat ramp, dive shop.

Locality

Your Organic Place is 1 kilometre from the shops, beach, boat ramp, park,pub and pier for fishing.3 kilometres from Rye Surf Beach and close to wineries and the Queenscliff ferry. There are weekend markets, a strawberry farm,golf courses galore. There is never a shortage of things to do. If you want to relax this is the place. You could put your feet up and see very few people but simply read and write that book you've been meaning to write.

This property is unique and has it's own ambience.One can wander through the numerous fruit trees and at the same time hear the roar of the surf beach in the distance. Experience the best of both worlds just waiting for you to embrace. Smell that sea air, have some space from the hustle and bustle of the big smoke!
