Situated on a large, private leafy block in a quiet street close to the beach, Xekourasi is well suited to families, couples or groups of friends with ample off street parking.

Layout

The layout is a large open plan living area, combining lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Natural tones throughout, polished wooden floorboards and an abundance of natural light create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The neutral tones continue through into the bedrooms and a central bathroom, with the toilet being separate. The bathroom has a modern and uncluttered decor and shower with great pressure and constant hot water supply.
Extremely clean, cosy, comfortable and spacious.
There are 3 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds.
Each bedroom has quality mattresses, doonas and pillows. Towels, sheets and pillow cases are not supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop/oven, microwave and all the cooking gear to prepare home cooked meals.

Location

Xekourasi is a wonderful place to be anytime of the year and is all yours for the time you're here. In the summer, you have the gorgeous beaches at your fingertips, there is a walking/biking track which begins at Safety Beach and ends at Sorrento or take advantage of being just a few minutes drive to all the major golf courses.
In the cooler months, the famous day spa 'Peninsula Hot Springs' is only four minutes away, the wineries of Red Hill close by and at nights you have the very cosy and warm atmosphere relaxing after a BBQ with a library of almost 1000 movies provided.
Xekourasi is within walking distance to cafe's, takeaway and bottle shops and a short drive to the supermarket with other attractions including multiple cinemas, carnivals at different times of the year, mini golf, parks and local markets which are all close by and open all year round.
