Holiday house

Just over an hour from the busy city of Melbourne, hidden in the Wildcoast Reserve half way between the front beach and the back surf beach at Rye, you will find the luxurious "Beach House".
On an acre block and approx 45 squares. the house is fully centrally heated throughout and has reverse cycle air conditioning. The control panel is at the top of the staircase.
Featuring 5 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double bedrooms upstairs, both with queen beds, Flat Screen TV with DVD players. Each room has a balcony. There are a further 3 bedrooms downstairs. The main bedroom has 2 double beds, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed (with a single if required), the third having 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make to make one king if required. Each bedroom has a personal safe.
There are 3 bathrooms in total, one bathroom upstairs has a bath. There are a further two bathrooms downstairs. The ensuite has a corner spa bath with the room having two entrances, designed to allow easy access from the outdoor hot tub.
A large, modern, state of the art kitchen with Miele appliances, leads into a meals area with a granite table and seating for 10-12. Ajoining the meals area is a family room that has a lounge suite and plasma flat screen TV on the wall.
There is also another separate lounge room with a gas fire heater, to curl up on those cold winter nights whilst enjoying the large screen TV and DVD/Video. The lounge leads into the dining room with blue pearl granite dining table also with seating from 6-8.

Upstairs the living area has a home theatre and bar that opens onto a fully decked balcony.

A porta-cot, high chair and change table are available if required for a baby.

Outdoors is a great BBQ area, an outdoor hot tub and the golf chipping, putting green that has sand bunkers.
Enjoy a relaxing stay, lounging outside in the outdoor heated spa, practice your pitch and putt on the fantastic golfing green directly outside the back door.

Locality

Close to Sorrento, Portsea, Rye foreshore, Gunnamatta, St. Andrew's Beach and the Rye Surf Beach a perfect getaway for lovers of golf, the beach, wine and exploring.

Only a 10 min drive to Sorrento and the Queenscliff / Sorrento Ferry. You can catch the Ferry over to the Historic town of Queenscliff for the day and may be lucky enough to have the dolphins leading the way. Then before your return luncheon at the Queenscliff Hotel.

Other attractions includes the famous Endota Peninsular Hot Springs, the day spa is 2 kms from the property.

If you love golf it is a 1 km short walk to The Dunes and a few minutes drive to Eagle Ridge, The National Golf course in Cape Schank, or you may want to play at the famous Moonah Links, where the Australia Open Champions played.

For the wine lovers, a short drive brings you to some of the best wineries in Australia, or maybe you would prefer to go horse riding on the beach with the Gunnamatta horse riding facilities.

There are Saturday and Sunday markets in the area, or extreme sports including paragliding, diving, windsurfing, surfing and charted fishing tours.

Property

Ideal for both families, couples or groups of friends.
If it is a large family, or couples that have just started their families it is a great way to catch up and spend some time together.
Get a group of girlfriends together to spend a girls weekend away. The hot springs are just 2 minutes away by car.
For the guys the hardest choice would be which golf course to choose.
