Self-contained apartment

Full kitchen facilities, modern bathroom, two toilets, comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms, all linen towels etc provided. Living includes; HD plasma TV, DVD, music system with tuner, CD and docking station plus split system air-con and ceiling fan. Natural gas BBQ situated on large undercover sunny deck north facing. Five minutes walk to bay beach and eight minutes walk to Rye shops and restaurants. Two minutes walk to South Coast fitness and gymnasium and Rye Football Oval. Ten minutes drive to Golf Club, Peninsula Hot Springs and close to wineries.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CATER FOR SCHOOLIES - NO EXCEPTIONS.
