The Mill on the Hill is a tranquil, two level cottage style accomodation located minutes from the Rye shopping precinct and beaches. The house features exposed beam ceilings, wood panelling and polished floors creating a warm relaxing atmosphere. Sunshine streams in through high windows, adding to the relaxing glow.

"The Mill" has been newly furnished throughout to provide comfort and style. The upper level consists of main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, as well as a lounge area with leather couch and plasma TV. For those who enjoy a quiet read, there's a sitting area where you can watch the sunset through cathedral windows. You can also step onto the upstairs deck and enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the treetops and glimpses of the bay.

Downstairs features a large dining table which seats eight, with a kitchen bench providing additional seating for two. Next to the dining area you can relax on the sofa and watch a second plasma TV. This sofa folds out to a double bed for additional bedding if required.

The recently renovated kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, walk in pantry, microwave oven and double drawer dishwasher. Fully equipped European style laundry off kitchen.

Downstairs has two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a double bed bunk and an optional additional mattress.

Stepping out onto the downstairs balcony you'll find an outdoor setting and a stainless steel barbeque, ideal for outdoor entertaining. Pamper youself in the heated outdoor spa, especially in the evening with the soft glow of fairy lights.

To really get away from it all there's a garden deck with a fish pond right next to it. Perfect for an afternoon wine and a good book!
