Holiday house, Holiday apartment

This beautiful holiday home located in a quiet tea tree lined cul-de-sac is filled with natural light and a style that invites you to sit back, relax and enjoy. It is situated approximately 2 kilometres from all the delights of Rye front beach, fabulous shopping precinct and the ever popular fairground attractions.
The property can easily accommodate up to 9 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, split system air-conditioning, central heating and dishwasher. Spacious central entertaining deck, with access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ connected to mains, 10 seater outdoor dining setting under a fully shade sailed deck with flood lighting. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, trampoline, slide, and table tennis. Cot and high chair available. Property has double lock up garage. Ths is a new property with taseful decore throughout. Definately no schoolies bookings.
The cost of linen is an additional $20.00 per person. You are welcome to bring your own. doonas ,doona covers and pillows are provided.

5 minutes door to door from the Dunes, St.Andrews and Moonah Links Golf Courses. 10 minutes from Sorrento, Eagle Ridge and the National Golf courses.

For parents with kids, The street is a quiet col du Sac and the property fully fenced. The back fence is a tea tree reserve. Where ever the kids are playing they are always in full view .
