Surrounded by magical TiTrees this is a beautifully presented, fully furnished 3 bedroom cottage with all new furniture and bedding. It has everything that you need to sit back and relax and unwind. There is ample off street parking, even room for a boat!

Only 500 metres to the safe child friendly Bay Beach and within a 10 minute walk to Rye centre and all it has to offer. Let the children swim in the safe front beaches or search the rock pools of the back beaches. There is scuba diving, dolphin swims, golf, art and craft markets, national parks, historical sites and buildings, glorious views, superb wineries and local restaurants and hotels.

Summer or winter...

we've thought of everything. It includes a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fridge freezer, microwave and combined washer dryer. There is a breakfast bench overlooking the garden, just the spot to for your morning cuppa. The cosy lounge has an open fire for winter stays and has a reverse cycle airconditioner/heater for the hotter months. There's no need to bring a thing as the bookcase is full of novels, videos, DVD's, magazines, games, jigsaws and a choice of music to listen to and plenty of films for the kids to watch.

Relax by the open fire in winter we have enough logs to keep you cosy. Light some scented candles and relax and unwind in the spa bath.

Outside in summer the large flat block is great for games with the kids or for just relaxing in the sunny garden. There are barbeque facilities and outdoor dining.

Kids and Pets...

With polished boards throughout it is very child friendly with a large toy box full of games, books, videos and outside a sand pit and play equipement, and various lawn games inclduing cricket, boule, football and badminton rackets and net. There are even buckets and spades for the kids to take to the beach.

There is a portacot and high chair available.

The large flat block is fully fenced both at front and back, wonderfully safe for little adventurers.

We can even accommodate family pets with a new secure fence and a kennel for your use, its a pets paradise too.

4. Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable. Complaints from nearby residents and guests will be referred directly to the owners,
5. Please check the courtyards and garden areas thoroughly before you leave and clean up any messes left by your pets.
6. Large or small kennel available on request.
