Holiday house

Situated in a quiet street only 200 meters from Rye Bay side Beach (Tyrone foreshore) is private and peaceful.
Accommodating up to 10 people suited for 2 families this beautiful beach home is fully furnished, it sits in an established garden so relax outside and cook dinner on the barbecue, there is an outdoor setting for eating alfresco by the pool.
The large fully fenced pool is heated, great for everyone in the family.
The house has just been fully renovated with brand new kitchen with all mod cons and all new kitchen accessories the lounge consists of 3 leather lounges and a new dining table as well as a split system for Heating and Air conditioning.
Entertainment on site with a 42 "plasma TV, DVD and CD Player also a basket full of games.

Neville beach house is located at on the blairgowrie end of Rye on the Mornington Peninsula -just over an hours easy drive from the center of Melbourne. It's quiet location at Tyrone Foreshore Beach avoids the hustle and bustle of Rye shopping village in the summer months.
The bay beach is only 200m away at the start of the street (2 min walk).
