Holiday house

This stunning house features a huge back decking area with an outdoor kitchen including a huge BBQ and outdoor stove. The decking enjoys the beautiful afternoon sunshine but also has plenty of shade sails and cover. Inside has polished timber floors, wood heater, split system heating and cooling and high ceilings and most bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The house is only a short walk, roughly 500 meters, from the lovely Rye front beach and is close to Rye's local shops, restaurants, RSL, Pub and Summer carnival. There is no better place to be than Fabulous Rye on the Beach.
