Holiday house

This is a modern home that offers 3 split levels of living. Including 4 good sized bedrooms (master bedroom separately zoned with walk in robe, en-suite plus private balcony). Also a large dining area and separate lounge leading out to a North facing sundeck, outdoor setting, umbrella, BBQ, gas heaters and hammock.
The property also has a modern open plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances
Other features of the property include; LCD Television, DVD, HiFi, in house movies, mp3 charger in each bedroom connected to the clock radio, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher

The property comfortably sleeps 6 people, offering the main bedroom with a Queen-size bed, the second also with a queen-size bed the third with a double bed and private deck area and the fourth bedroom with a set of bunks, the bottom bunk being a double.
There are also two bathrooms.

The property also contains ducted heating, split system air conditioner and polished floor boards.

After a day at the beach you can rinse off using a Outdoor Shower.

Set in a peaceful location only moments to the thriving township of Rye, bay beaches and Number 16 Surf Beach, with the renowned Peninsula Pantry around the corner for that morning cappuccino.

We only offer Bookings to:
Families and Mature aged couples.
NO SCHOOLIES OR YOUNG SINGLE GROUPS.
