Freshly renovated non-smoking 3 bedroom holiday house. Large spacious property with off street parking. Accommodates up to 7 adults and is situated just a short stroll from the beach and famous Rye restaurant strip.
Brand new spacious bathroom.
Ideal family beach holiday house, with lots of room for the kids to play outside.

Situated on the lower mornington peninsula, and surrounded by Golf Courses, Hot Springs, Beautiful Long Beaches, Local Wineries, and home of the famous Rye summer carnival.
