The Shell Croft is on the Blue Moon Cottages site, an established garden block of three beachside cottages. The cottage has its own private high walled courtyard with outdoor entertaining and BBQ. It is fully self-contained with a cosy lounge warmed by a closed log fire and a kitchen/dining area fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and all the necessary amenities.

The bathroom includes a 2 person spa bath. The lounge has a lovely outlook over the courtyard through french doors that can be opened to capture the northerly sun.

PLEASE NOTE THE TV IN THE LOUNGE PHOTO HAS NOW BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW 28 INCH PLASMAS SCREEN AND INBUILT DVD.

Entertainment...

The cottages are all equipped with TV and DVD, CD/radio and there are DVDs, books, magazines, music CDs, games and puzzles.

Locally, attractions include wineries, historic houses, national parks, beaches, horseriding, galleries, restaurants and close by are the newly opened Peninsula Hot Springs for a relaxing dip.

Winter or summer...

Winter is a great time at the cottages, the log fires keep the cottages warm and you will never run out of logs with your own woodshed.

Summer means lazing around in the private courtyard or taking a 2 minute walk to the beach with your picnic basket. Pets are welcome although you will need to check first. The beach is a popular spot for dog walkers in the winter months.

3. Do not lock pets inside while you are out. We do not take responsibility for pets left in courtyards or fenced gardens, you must do so at your own risk.
4. Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable. Complaints from nearby residents and guests will be referred directly to the owners,
5. Please check the courtyards and garden areas thoroughly before you leave and clean up any messes left by your pets.
6. Large or small kennel available on request.
7. We know all pets are not created equally so please discuss any concerns you have with us.
