Situated only minutes walk from beaches, shops and restaurants, Beach Holiday Apartments is the perfect place to take a break on the Mornington Peninsula. Whether you're a group, family, couple, celebrating a hen's or buck's event or just want to get away with friends, we have everything you need to relax, unwind and have some fun!
Our apartments are a home away from home offering all the comforts you will need. Each apartment has one bedroom with a king bed that can be split to two large single beds for a small fee, and another with 4 comfortable single bunk beds, perfect for families, groups, golfers, hens and bucks groups
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove, oven and cooking utensils. Each has a dining setting for 6 with crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Our comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, CD and split system heating and cooling is sure to keep you comfortable and entertained, winter or summer. We also offer wireless broadband free of charge to all our guests.
All linen and towels are supplied; initial supplies of soap, toilet paper, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar and milk are also provided.
Outside there are 3 portable barbecues, entertainment decks, an expansive lawn area for cricket, pole tennis, and other ball games, a guest laundry, off-street parking, and an on-site manager. For the younger children there is a sand pit and the garden is fully enclosed While you're here why not enjoy use of our cedar spa, free of charge to our guests?
In-house pampering is available with a variety of massages and treatments available right on your doorstep. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Only 1 1/2 hour drive from Melbourne, Beach Holiday Apartments is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Rye, only a five minute walk to the beach, shops, local hotel, RSL, carnival, safeways and resturants.
A short drive to some of the best golf courses, wineries, hot springs, back beach, historical town of Sorrento, horse riding and many other fantastic attractions

The large property includes a deck for entertaining, BBQ's, a large open lawn area, great for family games and fun. Sporting equipment supplied for cricket, football, lawn boules and a sandpit for the little ones.
Melbourne Peninsula Shuttle bus is available for group outings, drop off's and pick up's to any location on the Mornington Peninsula.
On-site pampering available with Melbourne Peninsula Day Spa. There is no better way to enjoy a rejuvenating massage or treatment than in the privacy of your room, and not have to drive home afterwards! Bookings are essential.
