Holiday house

It is a short drive to some of the countries best golf courses, surf beaches, wineries, day spa, great scenery and wilderness walking tracks. Only 80 minutes from Melbourne CBD, it is a perfect Holiday Retreat for couples or the whole family. Other activites include: cruising to the Heritage town of Queenscliffe across the bay; fishing expeditions; or dolphin and seal watching.
The house has ducted heating, two living areas, The main bathroom has shower, spa bath and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry.
The garage is set up as a games room with table tennis, darts, drink fridge and clothes dryer. It can be used as a lock up garage if preferred. There is Off-street parking for two cars. (not incl. the garage).
There is an outdoor living area comprising furniture for 8 and a gas BBQ.

With reference to wheel chair Access our house has an approx. 6cm deep front veranda step and the normal door rise at the front door, and about the same at the back, both of which I think would be OK for an assisted wheel chair. The doors are normal width.
the floor is all one level.

We do not take Group bookings. Only families and couples
