Holiday house

3 bedroom house, two with queen beds, third with 1x single 1 x bunk sleeps 3. Maximum 7 guests.

Central to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Perfect for one to two couples, with or without children.

-Cosy gas log fire, reverse cycle airconditioning.
-Single bath room with bath and seperate shower.
-Separate toilet.
-Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
-Kitchen has electric cook top and oven, microwave and dishwasher.
-Tea, Coffee, sugar and some milk to get you started.
-CD/radio with mp3/ipod connectivity
-Gas BBQ connected to mains gas, no need to change bottles again.

-Pets very welcome by arrangement, bowls provided. Front and rear yard fully fenced, please bring own pet beds, towels, blankets etc.

NO SMOKING.
