Holiday house

Set in a fantastic location, this spacious, secluded home with bush or garden views from every window is at the end of a private court. SorrentoPortsea, Red Hill Wineries, Golf Courses and the Peninsula Hot Springs all a short drive away. within easy walk to Number 16 beach. 5min drive to front beach.

Ample front and back decks for relaxing after a hard day at the beach complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Including a large rambling secret garden complete with chiminea fireplace spilling into a native bush reserve.

4 bedrooms, lounge with LCD flat screen & ipod dock, rumpus & 2 bathrooms. This home has room for whole family. Relax in garden complete with kookaburras, cubby house,sandpit and huge carport for parking complete this beach home. Ample undercover parking for a boat or motorbikes.
16 is intimate, romantic and private & well setup for a couples break, large enough for family groups.

2 x Single Beds

If you are looking for a 'out of the way' space to rejuvenate away from the crowd, situated near the spectacular 16 beach & Mornington Peninsular National Park, this is the place for you!
