An apartment with a large lounge beautifully furnished the paatio windows open on to a balcony with views of the city and the Harbour Bridge.
At night time the views of the City are magical and by day equally interesting and you can see overland as far as Botany Bay.

The spacious lounge is great for entertaining. A dining table to seat 6 and a comfortable sofa for you to enjoy when just watching the TV are a perfect combination.

Two spacious bedrooms each have a queen sized bed, mirror wardrobes and storage for your clothes and other items. All bedlinen is provided.

There are 2 marble bathrooms; the en-sutie having a bath with shower over, the main bathroom has a shower cubicle.

The kitchen has all amenities for cooking a meal or preparing a snack and all tableware is included.

A laundry with a washing machine and clothes drier as well as a laundry tub.

The Elan Complex has everything you could wish for: a 25m heated pool, gym, spa, sauna, billards room, table tennis room as well as a having 24 hour security and concierge who are happy to give help and advice.

Foxtel and Internet can be made available at an extra charge

A bond is required which is refundable at the end of the lease following a satisfactory inspection. Professional cleaning on departure is mandatory.
Internet connection available, (extra charge). Let us know if you require internet; it should be booked before you arrive and we will have it ready for you when you pick up the keys.

The ELAN is in Darlinghurst right in the heart of its caf society, just 2km to the city and only a 5 or 6 minute train ride. The train station and bus stop are both only 2 to 4 minutes walk.
Rushcutters Bay (the CYC) and parkland is about 5 or 6 minutes walk and 5 minutes walk to St Vinc
