Villa Layout..............
The villa has three levels

Ground Level

2 x lock up Car garage
Rumpus room including 8" pool table.
Bi-Fold doors open from rumpus to the pool/ deck step straight from the rumpus room into the pool!
Rumpus contains 2 Door modern fridge with Ice machine - just for your drinks!
BBQ located on the deck along with 8 seater outdoor setting - perfect for entertaining.
Bathroom also located on the ground level for those wanting to wash off after a dip in the pool.
Laundry with washer & dryer are located on this level.

Level 1

Kitchen/ lounge & Dining.
Kitchen is fully self contained - everything you need to cook up your favourite dish.
Loungeroom features 42" LCD TV with Austar connection and Playstion 3.
Open plan living space takes advantage of water views.
Open the Bi-fold doors onto the balcony and feel the beutiful summer breezes roll in.

2 x Bedrooms are located on this level, one room contains a Queen Bed and the other a Double bed.

This level also contains a separate bathroom & Toilet.

A sitting room contains a futon bed to cater for extra bedding if needed - perfect for the kids!

Level 2

One entire level dedicated to the absolute luxury of the master bedroom! Bi-fold doors open to balcony overlooking the canal. Or sit in the spa and enjoy the views.
32" LCD TV is also located in this master suite.
1 x King bed.

Linen & Bath towels are supplied. High chairs, cots etc can be hired on request.

Fantastic position, only 300m walk to broadwater esplanade (Marine Parade) where you can walk/ bike along the esplanade to restuarants, bars or playgrounds for the kids.

Broadwater beach just 300m away, along with playground equipment to keep the kids entertained. (Check out our photo's of closest beach)

10-15 minute walk along the esplanade and you reach the enclosed swimming lagoon that is very popular with the families. (also pictured) More playground equipment and the famous fish & chip takeaway & seafood store "Charis". Fish & Chips not your thing, then pack a picnic or make use of the BBQ facilities on the esplanade. For those wanting to completely relax - try some of the local cafe's and let someone else do all the work for you!

Only 15minute drive to Dreamworld/ Movieworld/ Wet n Wild / Seaworld. 5 minutes to Harbourtown shopping centre for those chasing some bargains or wanting to catch a movie.

10 minuntes to world class golf courses at Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island.
