Fantastic property over looking the Broadwater in Runaway Bay. Only a 10 minute drive to Main Beach and Sea World, Dreamworld and Movie World are only 15 minutes away and a Runaway Bay shopping centre is a short drive.

This property is located in a secluded and quiet street, it is only a short stroll to the marina surrounded by water on one side and parkland the other.

There is a shared Pool and jetty, so bring your powered or sail boat with direct access to the Broadwater and South Stradbroke Island is only a short 15 minute boat ride.

The Master bedroom features a Queen bed which includes an ensuite with separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 1 set bunk beds and two singles.

Features include Gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, TV and video, air conditioning, washing machine and shared dryer, open fire place, BBQ and double lock up garage.

These are two, three bedroom duplex which can be rented separately or why not rent both duplexs for two families.
