GROUND FLOOR 2 bedroom apartment set in beautiful gardens (as featured in Burke's Backyard Magazine) Across the road to cafes, shops, cinema and central to all golf courses and tourist attractions. YOUR VERY OWN POOL. Safe swimming beach and walking BAY trail outside your gate. Resident owner occupies upstairs apartment to help with local tourist information. Well-behaved small dogs accepted by arrangement only- conditions & charges apply(please mention with enquiry)- fenced areas, limited indoor access,grassed foreshore area& beach outside beach gate is a dog area ( seasonal hours).BYO dogbedding. Extra charge for 1 night bookings for weekends will apply.
