Holiday house

Located 1 street back from the sandy white beach (walk) to the beach front, carnival, cinema or walk to the cafes, restaurants and shopping area of either bustling Rosebud or in the other direction is the up-market quieter McCrae village. Walk to the famous lighthouse, new up market cafes & beach walks through parks and playgrounds.

BEDROOMS: The 4 spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes contains 1 x QS master bed in bedroom 1, in bedroom 2 another QS master bed, 3rd bedroom has two adult single beds and 4th bedroom has two sets of white bunks. In all sleeps 6 adults and 4 children comfortably. ALL BED FRAMES, MATTRESS'S, PILLOWS ARE NEWLY PURCHASED. Mattress protectors are fitted on all beds for extra hygiene.

BATHROOMS: Be satisfied with the 2 new luxury bathrooms, 1 with bath and FAST HEATING water temperature & HEAT LIGHTS

KITCHEN:The kitchen has been appointed with new stainless steel appliances and has a modern kitchen eating table. All kitchen cutlery, plates etc are modern and newly purchased.

LIVING:The spacious lounge is bright and sunny and has a new modular lounge, dining table, 42 in flat screen TV and DVD.

ALFRESCO: The back yard alfresco is great for having BBQ's night or day and watching over the kids or pets in a secure and private back yard.

GARAGE:The garage can house two cars and Jetski or boat. Or storage of your own.

The home is located in the nicer end of Rosebud near the beach, McCrae lighthouse, kids parks, McCrae Plaza and new cafes. Kids love the beach and famous family friendly carnival whilst teens and adults love the surf beaches, dolphin swimming and boat hire.
And for that unexpected day head to the wineries for lunch and then stop off at the strawberry farm in Red Hill for sweets. This home is great for families with young children as the back yard is safe and secure and can be seen from the kitchen and adjoins the outdoor dining area.
