DIRECTLY OPPOSITE BEACH!!!

This ultra modern 2 bedroom apartment is fully self contained with no expense spared. The open plan space offers quality stainless steel appliances, two door fridge with ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, and beautiful Caesar Stone benches.

Sit back and watch the 50 inch flat screen T.V. / D.V.D. with surround sound in the comfort of the leather chase sofa. The perfect climate is controlled by the split system for both heating and cooling.

In the master bedroom there is a queen bed, built in robe, side tables and ceiling fan for comfort while in the second bedroom there is 1 x double bed with 1 x single bunk above, built in robe and another ceiling fan for comfort. Luxury linen and doonas can be provided on request. The modern bathroom includes a European laundry and ironing facilities.

Mum and dad can relax on the large north facing deck with built in BBQ, sink, outdoor setting while taking in the bay glimpses and the kids can be playing in the large back yard. There is ample off street parking with electric gates.
