Holiday house

Enjoy the restful atmosphere of a coastal town while staying in an indulgent holiday house just 350 metres to a swimming beach and to the shops.

Located in a quiet street surrounded by holiday houses this renovated house opened in December 2001.
Features include:
. Fully self contained for six adults or 6 adults & two children. Suitable for a two family group.
. Open coal fire or heaters in every room.
. TV, DVD, cassette player & radio.
. Kitchen with a fridge, MW, Gas stove, BBQ etc. Dining area with polished floor boards and French doors overlooking the patio. Eat out al fresco under the trees
. Main bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjoining disability toilet.
. Second bedroom with a king size bed, open coal fire, writing desk and an adjoining bathroom.
. Children's bedroom with three single beds.
. Cosy lounge room with a fold out sofa bed TV/VCR/radio/cassette player.
. Large back yard
. Spa room (extra)
. Dog friendly- kennel, enclosed large backyard. Dogs allowed inside

Access to Rosebud is only a five minute or take a bus down to Sorrento from Point Nepean Road at the bottom of the street with a swimming beach, restaurants and spectacular bay/city views from there.

They have the run of the sizeable fenced grassed backyard with a large covered patio area with bowls for food and water. A dog friendly off leash area is close by. We do allow multiple pets. Due to hygiene reasons we do not provide dog toys but a pooper scooper and bags are provided. For extra good dogs of course treats are provided.
