Brand new two-storey 2-bedroom apartment directly opposite beautiful Capel Sound beach at West Rosebud. In front of the Townhouse is a cafe serving meals all day and within a 1-minute walk is a bottle shop, takeaways, restaurants and newsagency. Directly opposite on the foreshore reserve is the Bay Trail walking and cycling track.
