Holiday house

A fantastic place to share with family and friends, for a fun filled holiday experience with something for each member to enjoy. The property comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests with plenty of space for everyone.

D/S: Large open plan living with a lounge area featuring a 10 seater lounge to sit back and relax whilst watching the 58 inch Plasma screen, formal dining table with 8 seats and large fully equipped kitchen with Stone Benches, DW, 2 door fridge/freezer and Coffee Machine. A split system A/C unit services this entire area.

The laundry has a 7.5kg Front load WM and 4kg Dryer, the clothes line is in the courtyard.
A sliding door opens out onto the massive undercover Entertainment deck complete with BBQ and Gas fire and outdoor setting and Bar. The garage has been converted into a fantastic games room with Billiard table, Rear Projection TV, Playstation 2, DVD, Stereo and Darts, and sofas to chill out on.

There is a Master Bedroom with Queen bed and day bed which can convert into a double bed,Split system A/C, 42 inch Plasma and DVD Full Ensuite with Spa Bath and Walk in robe, with a private Entry also to the side yard.

U/S: 2 bedrooms- Master with Queen bed, Ceiling Fan, private Balcony with bistro setting, 42 inch Plasma, DVD, WIR and Ensuite.
The other bedroom has a trio bunk and has use of the Main bathroom- WC, Shower and Vanity. A split system A/C is located in the hall and will service both rooms.

There is plenty of off street parking in either of the 2 driveways- ideal of boats/jetskiis, all behind high gates.
