A newly fully renovated property, this apartment is now available for short term breaks. Situated with a park on one side and the boardwalk to the back, it is ideal for those seeking to dispense with their car for the duration of their stay.
The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two singles. The modern kitchen is equipped with gas hotplates, electric oven, & microwave. An underbench front loading clothes washer is also installed.
A new digital TV with DVD provides entertainment at your fingertips should you so desire.
Unfortunately this property is NOT suitable for wheelchair access.

Locality

Located on the Rosebud Foreshore,next to a park, with a boardwalk (fantastic for a brisk or slow walk and/or cycling), and safe swimming beach at your back door. Fantastic position, close to main strip shopping, Cinema, Library, supermarket..all you need in walking distance. Boat hire and bicycle hire available. Bus at front door. Visit the fabulous wineries and art galleries and at weekends there is always a friendly local market in the area.
