Holiday house

Escape and recharge in this beautiful home, just minutes walk to the beaches, shops etc.If comfort, cleanliness and location matter, than look no further. Luxury accomodation in great location, just off the main highway away from the traffic noise in lovely avenue and only short stroll to sandy and safe Rosebuds beaches, shops and eating places.

Spotlessly maintained, this near new, modern property is fitted with quality furniture , fixtures and quality bed linen. All you need to bring is yourself, personal items, you can either cook your food or eat out. Master bedroom with ensuite is situated in front of the house, whilst other 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer are on the back of the house.
Lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan with sliding door leading to small very private garden with outside timber setting with umbrella,and electric BBQ with dome lid.
Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, gas hotplate, electric oven, large fridge,quality crockery and cutlery.Queen beds have pillow top mattresses and are already made up. Internal access to remote control garage which has extra 2 folding tables and 10 folding chairs and two beach umbrellas. There is also ducted vacuum system and split system airconditioner for heating and cooling.
Each bedroom has own TVDVD and lounge room has new
42" full HD LCD TV, with DVDVCR combo (photo not updated yet)

Leave the car at home and walk to the beach, shops, banks, supermarket, cinemas, restaurants, RSL club, pub, mini golf and amusement centre.
Or, if you would like to take a short drive you can visit Peninsula Hot Springs, local wineries, mazes, antique centres, bush walks, golf courses and surf beaches.
Swim with the dolphins, take a fishing charter, or visit historic properties and townships. Take a ferry at Sorento only 10 min
drive from Rosebud and go to Queenscliff you can take the car too and visit many other popular places too, ferry leaves every hour.
